Ingredients
- 10 c. grated zucchini
- 12 c. sugar
- 2 large pkg. jell-o
- 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
Method
- Cook zucchini and sugar until tender (about 30 minutes).
- Add jell-o and pineapple and cook 5 minutes more.
- Pour into sterile jars and seal.
- Refrigerate before serving.
