- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. prepared white horseradish, drained
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 4 chicken breasts with bone
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute without browning.
- Whisk in milk; bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until sauce is thick and smooth, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in horseradish, sour cream, sugar, mustard, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
