Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared white horseradish, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts with bone

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute without browning.
  • Whisk in milk; bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until sauce is thick and smooth, about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in horseradish, sour cream, sugar, mustard, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
