Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 5 c. sweet milk
- 1 can evaporated milk, scalded
Method
- Separate eggs.
- Beat yolks with salt, sugar and vanilla.
- Add scalded milk and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add milk.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the egg mixture.
- Pour in freezer and freeze.
