Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cup cheese of your choice
- 2 cup pasta
Method
- Preheat oven to 350
- Put pasta on to boil (about 10 minutes)
- Melt butter then add flour and mix to create a blonde roux
- Add milk to roux and constantly stir until milk becomes thick and bring to boil to create a bechamel
- Remove bechamel from heat and add cheese.
- Stir until completely melted.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Strain pasta and add to cheese sauce and stir then pour into 8X8 pan
- Bake for 30 minutes if desired and serve
