Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cup cheese of your choice
  • 2 cup pasta

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Put pasta on to boil (about 10 minutes)
  • Melt butter then add flour and mix to create a blonde roux
  • Add milk to roux and constantly stir until milk becomes thick and bring to boil to create a bechamel
  • Remove bechamel from heat and add cheese.
  • Stir until completely melted.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Strain pasta and add to cheese sauce and stir then pour into 8X8 pan
  • Bake for 30 minutes if desired and serve
