Ingredients
- 1 small can tuna
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle or dill pickle
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion (or use relish)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. crisp shredded cabbage
- 1 small bag potato chips, coarsely crushed
- lettuce
- tomato wedges
Method
- Combine tuna, pickle, onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice and chill.
- When ready to serve, add cabbage and toss together.
- Add part of crushed potato chips and toss.
- Heat in lettuce lined bowl.
- Sprinkle remaining chips on top and garnish with tomato wedge.
- Serves 6.
