Ingredients

  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 1 seedless orange
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or almonds)

Method

  • Stir can of cranberry sauce in a large bowl.
  • Peel orange and remove all white pith you can.
  • Cut orange into small sections. Add to cranberry sauce.
  • Add raisins and nuts to the mix.
  • Pour into a pretty bowl and chill at least one hour.
  • Keeps in the refrigerator 2 weeks to 1 month.
  • I freeze leftovers from holiday to holiday.
  • Makes 6 to 8 servings.
