Ingredients
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 8 Spanish olives, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. juice from the Spanish olives jar
- 4 to 6 celery sticks, washed (of course)
Method
- Mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise and olive juice together; add finely chopped olives.
- Cut celery stalks into 4-inch pieces. Using a spoon, "stuff" mixture into celery; if you choose to be more complicated, you can use a pastry bag for stuffing.
- Remember to serve with napkins!
- Serves 12 to 18 people, depending on length of your celery stalks.
