Ingredients
- 1 13 cups flour
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 34 cup sugar
- 34 cup margarine
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 12 cup pecans, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 15 ounces pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
Method
- Crust.
- Mix flour, brown sugar and 1/4 cup sugar in food processor or medium bowl.
- Pulse in or using pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add in oats and pecans.
- Reserve 1 cup of this mixture and press remaining into a 9x13" pan.
- Bake crust for 12 mins at 350 degrees.
- Filling.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and spices until well blended.
- Pour over crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
- Bake 20 -25 minutes at 350.
