Ingredients

  • 1 13 cups flour
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 34 cup margarine
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 15 ounces pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon allspice

Method

  • Crust.
  • Mix flour, brown sugar and 1/4 cup sugar in food processor or medium bowl.
  • Pulse in or using pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Add in oats and pecans.
  • Reserve 1 cup of this mixture and press remaining into a 9x13" pan.
  • Bake crust for 12 mins at 350 degrees.
  • Filling.
  • Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and spices until well blended.
  • Pour over crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  • Bake 20 -25 minutes at 350.
