Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. hash browns
- 1/2 c. chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. cornflake crumbs
Method
- Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and margarine.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with crumbled cornflakes and margarine.
- Bake 1 hour at 300°.
