Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 c. plain M&M candies
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- Blend shortening and sugars in large bowl.
- Beat in vanilla and Large eggs.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Add in to mix, blending well.
- Decorate tops with remaining candy.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min or possibly till golden.
- Some cracking should occur.
