Ingredients
- 8 oz. lemon yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- In blender, blend yogurt and Ricotta cheese until smooth. Combine eggs, sugar and flour until smooth and add to blended cheese mixture; blend.
- Add vanilla and salt; blend.
- Add juice and peel; blend.
- Pour into greased 8-inch spring-form pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
