Ingredients
- 6 to 7 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, cut fine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Boil the chicken until done.
- Let cool and cut up in bite size pieces.
- Add onion to butter and melt, then add chicken and let simmer 10 minutes.
- Add soup and season to taste.
- Let simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serve over rice or dressing.
