Ingredients
- 1 pound box confectioners' sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 6 sq. Baker's chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- In double boiler, heat butter and chocolate till smooth.
- Gradually add in sugar and lowfat milk.
- Keep stirring till smooth and creamy.
- Add in 1 tsp.
- vanilla.
- Pour into jars when cold and keep refrigerated.
- Portions may be heated in microwave for warm fudge sundaes or possibly brownie a-la-mode.
- Add in minced walnuts and heavy cream for topping.
