Ingredients

  • 1 pound box confectioners' sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 6 sq. Baker's chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  • In double boiler, heat butter and chocolate till smooth.
  • Gradually add in sugar and lowfat milk.
  • Keep stirring till smooth and creamy.
  • Add in 1 tsp.
  • vanilla.
  • Pour into jars when cold and keep refrigerated.
  • Portions may be heated in microwave for warm fudge sundaes or possibly brownie a-la-mode.
  • Add in minced walnuts and heavy cream for topping.
