Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans whole cranberry sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 pt. (8 oz.) whipping cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix cranberry sauce with juice of 1 lemon; spread mixture in an 8 x 8-inch pan, dish or tray.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on top of mixture.
