Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1 1/2 lb. browned ground beef, drained
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Method
- Place shredded cabbage into a greased roasting pan.
- Add browned ground beef, onion, garlic and rice.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour 1 can of tomato soup plus 1 can of water over the casserole.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
