Ingredients
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup diced dried apricot
- 1/3 cup diced dried mango (optional)
- 2/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2/3 cup almonds
- 2/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional, only if you want it spicy!)
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Separate into 1/3 cup portions. Enjoy!
