Ingredients

  • 1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
  • 1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
  • 1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
  • 1 lg. pkg. strawberry or possibly raspberry Jello
  • 1 1/2 c. water with each flavor
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream

Method

  • Using only 1 1/2 c. water with each flavor of Jello, make 1 layer.
  • When set, layer with 1 1/2 c. of the following: 2 c. lowfat milk heated, add in sugar, dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 c. water.
  • Add in to lowfat milk, add in vanilla and lowfat sour cream.
  • Make another layer of Jello and repeat - beginning and ending with a Jello layer.
  • Allow each layer to refrigeratein refrigerator for 1-1 1/2 hrs.
