Ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. unbleached flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Place them in a saucepan with 2 cups of water.
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and drain immediately.
- Place broccoli in a buttered ovenproof dish.
