Ingredients
- 5 lb. hen or 2 chickens
- 2 large onions
- 4 pieces garlic
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1 small can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
- 1 lb. pkg. spaghetti
Method
- Cook hen or chickens in a pot of salted water.
- Cool, strip meat off and save broth.
- This may be done the day before.
