- 2 pkg. jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. ginger ale or 7-Up (or 12 oz. plus 4 oz. can water)
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. shredded American cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 2 large bananas, diced or thinly sliced
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- When completely dissolved, add ginger ale and pineapple.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Refrigerate until firmly set.
