Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. fryers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 c. chopped onions
  • 3 lb. ground beef, browned, washed with hot water and drained
  • 3 (15 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce (I prefer smoke-flavored)
  • 1 c. hot chili sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (I like more)
  • 1/2 c. flour, mixed with 1 c. water (for thickening)
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 stalks celery
  • chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

Method

  • Add cayenne pepper if you like a little bite to this recipe and lima beans, if you like them.
