Ingredients

  • chicken breasts, deboned and skinned (2 per person)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pinch of garlic salt or 1/8 tsp. onion juice
  • Old London bread crumbs
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika

Method

  • Mix ingredients.
  • Put chicken in Ziploc bags.
  • Cover with mixture and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
  • One and one-half hours before baking, remove from refrigerator.
  • Roll up chicken into rolls, then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Let sit for 1 hour.
  • Spray baking pan with Pam.
  • Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Good hot or cold!
