Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 14 teaspoon dried basil
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup sherry wine or 14 cup apple juice
Method
- In a saucepan, mix the brown sugar, cornstarch, basil and stir in the liquids.
- Cook until it thickens and boil for one minute.
- Baste meat with this during the last hour of cooking.
- Slice meat and serve with the glaze spooned on the meat.
