Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. nuts, slightly chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. marshmallow cream
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • canned milk

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease and lightly flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  • Cream the 2 sticks butter and sugar together.
  • Add eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • Stir in dry ingredients and nuts.
  • Beat 2 minutes.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
