Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of broccoli
  • 1 large sweet onion chopped
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb bacon. cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Method

  • Cut florets off of the broccoli bunches.
  • Wash and drain.
  • Chop up onion and add to broccoli.
  • Add cheese and bacon and mix.
  • In separate bowl mix together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar.
  • Whisk until smooth and mix into the broccoli mix.
  • Chill and serve.
