Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 egg
- adobo or salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. bread crumbs or enough for consistency
- 3 tsp. Parmesan or Romano cheese or to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Shape meat into balls.
- Brown meatballs in skillet.
- Drain grease and add to Italian Pasta Sauce (see recipe).
- Cook slowly for about 30 minutes.
- Serve over pasta.
