- 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt or sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Healthy Choice fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Healthy Choice fat free shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. imitation crab, flaked
- paprika
Method
- Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasonings.
- Mix well. Stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.
- Cover and chill 2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve with crackers, breadsticks or vegetables.
