Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Healthy Choice fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) Healthy Choice fat free shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. imitation crab, flaked
  • paprika

Method

  • Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasonings.
  • Mix well. Stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Serve with crackers, breadsticks or vegetables.
