Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. peppercorns
  • 2 pork tenderloins (5 oz. each)
  • 2 more Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • mustard

Method

  • Melt
  • tablespoons margarine in a 10-inch Dutch oven. Press peppercorns
  • into
  • both
  • sides
  • of meat.
  • Add steaks to Dutch oven and
  • cook for
  • 5 minutes on each side.
  • While the steaks are cooking
  • prepare
  • sauce
  • as
  • follows:
  • In a small saucepan melt 2
  • tablespoons margarine.
  • Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk.
  • Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 more
  • minutes.
  • Stir
  • in
  • horseradish and mustard. Put steaks on plates and pour sauce over them.
