Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 pkg. colored mini marshmallows
- 1 pkg. coconut
Method
- Melt chocolate and butter.
- Cool.
- Add marshmallows and 1/4 cup coconut; mix.
- Sprinkle rest of coconut on a piece of foil and roll the chocolate and marshmallow mixture in the coconut.
- Make into a log-like roll on waxed paper.
- Refrigerate and slice.
