Ingredients

  • 1 bag Broccoli Slaw (12 Ounce Bag, Or You Can Shred About 2 Heads Of Broccoli Instead)
  • 3/4 cups Dried Cherries (sub Cranberries Or Raisins If You Prefer)
  • 1/2 cups Very Finely Chopped Red Onion (about Half An Onion)
  • 1 cup Peanuts, Coarsely Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Low-fat Mayonnaise
  • 5 Tablespoons Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Agave Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Method

  • 1. In a large bowl combine the broccoli, cherries, red onion, and peanuts.
  • 2. Whisk together the mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, agave syrup, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • 3. Pour dressing over the slaw and mix well.
  • 4. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix together nicely.
  • 5. Try not to eat the whole bowl by yourself.
