- 1 bag Broccoli Slaw (12 Ounce Bag, Or You Can Shred About 2 Heads Of Broccoli Instead)
- 3/4 cups Dried Cherries (sub Cranberries Or Raisins If You Prefer)
- 1/2 cups Very Finely Chopped Red Onion (about Half An Onion)
- 1 cup Peanuts, Coarsely Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Low-fat Mayonnaise
- 5 Tablespoons Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Agave Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Method
- 1. In a large bowl combine the broccoli, cherries, red onion, and peanuts.
- 2. Whisk together the mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, agave syrup, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- 3. Pour dressing over the slaw and mix well.
- 4. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix together nicely.
- 5. Try not to eat the whole bowl by yourself.
