Ingredients
- 250 grams without the shells Shrimp
- 1 to 2 cloves Garlic
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tbsp White wine
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
Method
- Chop up the garlic.
- Peel the shrimp, and devein by making a shallow cut through the back side and washing in salted water to remove the digestive tract.
- Pat dry.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Put all the ingredients including the marinade into a pan over medium heat.
- Cook slowly, being careful not to let it burn, until it's done.
- Enjoy while piping hot.
- If you'd prefer it to be less salty, reduce the amount of salt.
