Ingredients

  • 250 grams without the shells Shrimp
  • 1 to 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3/4 to 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tbsp White wine
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Coarsely ground black pepper

Method

  • Chop up the garlic.
  • Peel the shrimp, and devein by making a shallow cut through the back side and washing in salted water to remove the digestive tract.
  • Pat dry.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Put all the ingredients including the marinade into a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook slowly, being careful not to let it burn, until it's done.
  • Enjoy while piping hot.
  • If you'd prefer it to be less salty, reduce the amount of salt.
