Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Thawed Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 whole Avocado, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Diced
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced

Method

  • Drizzle both sides of thawed salmon fillets with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning (I like Tonys).
  • Broil on the broiler pan for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the salmon and broil for 5 more minutes.
  • Chop avocado and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add green onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
  • Taste salsa and then add salt to your taste.
  • Serve on top of the Spicy Salmon.
