Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. sweet-sour cooking sauce
Method
- In skillet, cook chicken in sauce.
- When chicken is throughly cooked, remove from pan.
- With vegetables make a large tossed salad.
- Add any fresh salad vegetable you like.
- Toss in pineapple and walnuts.
- On individual dinner plates, place tossed salad. Top with chicken.
- Use your favorite salad dressing.
