Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. sweet-sour cooking sauce

Method

  • In skillet, cook chicken in sauce.
  • When chicken is throughly cooked, remove from pan.
  • With vegetables make a large tossed salad.
  • Add any fresh salad vegetable you like.
  • Toss in pineapple and walnuts.
  • On individual dinner plates, place tossed salad. Top with chicken.
  • Use your favorite salad dressing.
