Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 5 tsp. cornstarch
- 5 tsp. strawberry jello
- Cool Whip
Method
- Mix together the sugar and cornstarch.
- Add the boiling water. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute.
- Gradually add jello.
- Line baked, cooled crust with fresh strawberries.
- Pour above mixture on top.
- Refrigerate.
- After the pie sets, top with Cool Whip.
