Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free sour cream
- paprika
Method
- Slightly cook and drain spinach.
- Mix cream cheese into spinach, along with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Put in buttered 2-quart casserole.
- Cover top completely with sour cream and paprika.
- Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes.
