Ingredients
- 1 grated head cabbage
- 1 medium onion
- 2 carrots
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Put salad
- oil,
- vinegar,
- salt and sugar in a saucepan and bring to
- boil. Pour over vegetables and let set until cool. Mix well.
- Put
- in a jar and keep in fridge.
- Will keep up to 3 weeks.
- This
- cole slaw is very good and so handy to have on hand.
