Ingredients
- 2 pound frzn hash browns
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounce. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 stick butter, melted
Method
- Mix potatoes, onion, soup and lowfat sour cream together.
- Put in pan and cover with cheese.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in 9x13 pan.
