- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow roni
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/2 c. chopped radishes
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. Kraft lite mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook macaroni.
- Drain, rinse in cold water.
- Drain.
- Add next 4 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Toss and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serves 6 to 8.
