- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Thaw hash browns and crumble by hand.
- Mix together with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
