Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 1 c. milk
- oil for deep frying
Method
- Mix all ingredients except oil thoroughly.
- Form into small balls, about 3/4 inch.
- Let stand for 15 minutes. Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry meatballs for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
