Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 c. margarine, melted and divided
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 c. corn flakes, crushed
Method
- Combine potatoes, 3/4 cup margarine, soup, cheese, onion and sour cream.
- Mix well and place in 11 x 13-inch baking dish.
