- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can small tender peas
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Heinz 57 sauce
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 10 drops Tabasco sauce
Method
- Brown ground beef in a large kettle or Dutch oven and drain excess fat.
- Cube potatoes.
- Cut tomatoes into wedges.
- Chop onions and add with remaining ingredients.
- Bring to slow boil. Cover potatoes and cook over medium heat making sure to stir often to prevent sticking.
