Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can small tender peas
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Heinz 57 sauce
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 10 drops Tabasco sauce

Method

  • Brown ground beef in a large kettle or Dutch oven and drain excess fat.
  • Cube potatoes.
  • Cut tomatoes into wedges.
  • Chop onions and add with remaining ingredients.
  • Bring to slow boil. Cover potatoes and cook over medium heat making sure to stir often to prevent sticking.
