Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix soup and sour cream in a bowl.
- Mix other ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Mix in the soup mixture.
- Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish at 350° for 45 minutes.
