Ingredients

  • 1 c. quick oats
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. quick oats
  • 1/4 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Method

  • Mix together 1 cup oats, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup melted margarine.
  • Mix together and pat into bottom and up the sides of a 10-inch deep dish pie pan.
  • Combine eggs, spices, pumpkin, evaporated milk and sugar.
  • Pour into crust.
