Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can green peas, drained
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 10 medium potatoes, mashed in the regular way
Method
- Over medium heat, brown meat and onions.
- Drain off fat.
- You will need a casserole dish.
- In 3 layers, put meat on bottom, vegetables on meat and potatoes on vegetables.
- Heat oven to 375°. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
