Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 cans tomatoes (medium), chopped
  • 4 c. dry fine noodles
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. ripe olives

Method

  • Brown meat.
  • Season to taste.
  • Sprinkle noodles over meat. Add in order the onions, green pepper, celery and tomatoes.
  • Cook for 25 to 30 minutes (simmer).
  • Place in a 13 x 9-inch ovenware dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese and olives on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Makes 12 servings.
