Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies
Method
- While cutting up cheese, brown beef and onions in skillet. Drain mixture and place in slow cooker. Place all remaining ingredients in slow cooker and combine. Cover. Cook on low 2 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve over baked potatoes or with tortilla chips.
