Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into balls.
- Combine tomato sauce, ketchup and sugar.
- Pour over meatballs and bake for 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven.
