Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • small onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed raw potatoes
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. broken uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add ground beef and cook until brown and crumbly. Parboil for a few minutes. Add potatoes, carrots and spaghetti to meat mixture. Add 1 cup shredded cheese, cream chicken soup with 1 can milk, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
