Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- small onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cubed raw potatoes
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. broken uncooked spaghetti
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- salt and pepper
Method
- Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add ground beef and cook until brown and crumbly. Parboil for a few minutes. Add potatoes, carrots and spaghetti to meat mixture. Add 1 cup shredded cheese, cream chicken soup with 1 can milk, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
