Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/4 c. rice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. potatoes, diced
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 1/2 c. celery
- 2 tsp. salt
- water
Method
- Brown hamburg and onion.
- Add remaining ingredients and seasonings.
- Simmer 1 hour.
